Okay, so I ended up completely re-doing my 'Almost Mobile' layout. The more I looked at it, the more it bugged me, so I found a sketch by Becky Fleck that I really like and based it on that. The paper kit is Just for Fun by MCA Designs (sorry, I couldn't find the link).

I love the new layout! It is so cohesive. I can't tell you how many times I have redone layouts that didn't quite feel right. I have a double page spread right now that I am working on and I love the first page, but can't seem to get the second page how I want it. I'll send a hearty "hip, hip, hooray" your way for a successful do-over.
